Why do we need this?

All companies including software development companies rely on effective teamwork and collaboration.
An uncommunicative web developer is an uncooperative developer. This is why you shouldn’t only be focusing on gaining technical experience, and this is why our new social project, Qowwa Learning Programs (QLP) exists.
Qowwa Learning Programs for web developers

The program has 3 main pillars: technical, non-technical, and career coaching/counseling.

Technical experience

The Qowwa team of full-time web developers work closely with interns to help them get hands-on experience with front-end development, back-end development, mobile app development, or UI/UX design. As a result, QLP develops the technical skills of the interns during their internships and enhances the communication and leadership skills of the full-timer developers.

Non-technical skills

Besides the mandatory technical skills to get the job done, Qowwa focuses on soft skills too. Team members and interns empower the workplace with effective teamwork and collaboration, with the assistance of some cloud tools like Asana, Slack, and G Suite.

You may be surprised to learn that soft skills are more important than hard skills. Because not using clear verbal and written communication results in a direct financial loss to the software company. Attention to detail, active listening, the etiquette of email writing, and communicating well in a universal professional language like English; these are essential skills to perform well in the workplace, and to do your software development tasks efficiently.

In conclusion, QLP works well with interns, part-timers, and full-timers. And is all about support.
